In 2021, DIISM worked to strengthen its collaboration activities with national and international organizations and companies, despite the ongoing global pandemic situation.
Regarding the Department's spin-offs, the agreements were renewed with:
- SFERATECH, which operates in the field of providing services for the design, development, and reliability characterization of electronic systems and subsystems for industrial applications;
- HYPERION, which specializes in computer vision and the implementation of advanced Internet of Things (IoT) solutions in complex environments.
- MENTOR, which operated in the AI context providing customized services to dedicated end users.
- T4All s.r.l. - Technology For All, The company's mission is the development of Information and Communication technologies (ICT) products and services with particular attention to remote monitoring and assistance systems for people suffering from chronic diseases or disabilities, through the use of sensors and wireless devices.
- ViDiTrust s.r.l., Viditrust carries out its activities in the fields of processing and protection of visual information, with particular attention paid to Information Hiding techniques (and derived topics) applied to digital (or digitized) images and videos. former innovative startup and now scale up.
- WaveComm s.r.l., WaveComm S.r.l. is a company active in the field of electronic engineering, specialized in the sectors of radio frequency and microwave electronics, wireless systems, antennas and embedded electronic systems, in which it provides high added value services and products.
